Change Management Consultants

Location Miami – On-site

Lake Shore Associates (LSA) is seeking experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultants to lead change initiatives across business and technology transformations. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record developing and executing change strategies for enterprise IT programs, with experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.

Candidates should be experienced in navigating customer-centric organizations and translating technology and operating model changes into effective stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational readiness, training, and adoption. Experience supporting airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, travel services, or other tourism-related organizations is highly valued. Our consultants are expected to operate as trusted advisors—bringing structure to complexity, engaging leaders and stakeholders, and helping organizations move from strategy through implementation and adoption.

The Skills You Bring

· Manage and implement core OCM activities and deliverables (change planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications, and training and training materials).

· Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of awareness, performance, and readiness for change.

· Align key organizational stakeholders to the change.

· Partner with organizational leadership, communication, learning, and business support teams with integrated change management activities for all target audiences.

· Identify potential resistance areas of the affected audiences and create mitigation plans and activities to reduce project risks.

· Prepare comprehensive change and transition plans.

· Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

The Expertise You Have

· A minimum of five years of experience in Change Management consulting is necessary.

· Proven experience deploying and executing industry-standard Change Management. Methodologies such as Prosci, Adkar, etc. certification preferred.

· Demonstrated excellent writing and oral communication and presentation skills.

· Desired familiarity includes expertise in travel and tourism and hospitality and leisure.
