Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Elmhurst, IL (fully onsite, five days/week)
Compensation: $22-$24/hour

Support special projects for the recruiting team
Assist with interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting coordination
Review resumes and confirm basic candidate information, including licensure status, as needed
Work within iCIMS and support text-based recruiting campaigns
Use Dayforce, SharePoint and WebEx as core daily tools
Provide additional administrative and recruiting support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
What You Bring
No prior professional recruiting experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week
Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
