The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this job, contacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of **8 profiles daily** and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
* Make outbound calls to **truck drivers and owner-operators**.
* **Handle calls in a customer-centered and professional manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.**
* Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
* **Ensure a minimum of 8 profiles are completed each day.**
* Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
* **Ensure information collected during calls is complete and accurate.**
### Required Qualifications:
**1\. Experience:**
* **At least 1–2 years of fast-paced outbound calling and B2C sales experience.**
* **Experience with customer-centered call handling.**
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
**2\. Skills:**
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* **Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.**
* **Ability to confidently conduct outbound calls and engage potential candidates.**
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.

**3\. Education:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.

* Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.
* **Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.**
