This facility is the region's largest provider of pediatric care, featuring over 65 pediatric specialists and sub-specialists on staff. It is home to the region's only PICU and NICU and operates as a 330-bed tertiary Top 100 Hospital, offering a full-range practice including pediatric orthopedics, cardiology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, trauma, pulmonary, and urology services.

Job Details:

• Join a team of 65 pediatric specialists, including Pediatric Orthopedics, Pediatric Urology, Pediatric Anesthesiology, Pediatric Pulmonology, Pediatric Cardiology, and Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Collaborate alongside 12 general surgeons at a 330-bed tertiary Top 100 Hospital
• Unique opportunity to develop the region's first pediatric surgery program with the full commitment and support of a nationally recognized health care system
• Home to the region's only neonatal and pediatric intensive care units
• Active transport system serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan
• Regional service area of 460,000 with a city population of approximately 86,000
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery required
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
