Job Description

Our home healthcare client is looking for an intake specialist / inside sales person to join their team fully in office.

• Minimum of 4 years of inside and/or outside sales experience, with a strong track record of consistent closing success
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective deal-closing skills
• Background in home care, healthcare, senior services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments is a plus!
• Confident, articulate, and professional phone presence that conveys knowledge, trust, and energy (a strong, engaging voice is essential)
• Ability to lead and guide conversations with warmth, compassion, and confidence
• Skilled in closing sales on the first call when appropriate, while preserving trust, empathy, and rapport
• Exceptional listening skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive or high-stakes conversations
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex, family-centered decision-making
• Capable of managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through close and seamless handoff
• Experience using CRM platforms such as CareFunnels, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems preferred
