Full-Time Caregiver – 24/7 Hospice Client Location: McKinney, TX 75070 Schedule: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available Caregiver Experience Required Hindi-speaking caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring experienced, compassionate caregivers for a 24/7 hospice client in McKinney, TX. We are building a dedicated care team to provide continuous support and comfort in the client's home. This case is best suited for a caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assistance to a client with significant mobility limitations. Hospice or bed-bound client experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities may include: * Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Incontinence care and changing briefs * Repositioning and assisting with mobility * Transfers and other hands-on personal care as needed * Meal preparation and feeding assistance * Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment * Providing companionship, reassurance, and attentive supervision * Observing and promptly reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate agency staff * Working cooperatively with the client's family, hospice team, and other caregivers Qualifications: * Previous professional caregiving experience required * Experience caring for hospice, bed-bound, or high-assistance clients strongly preferred * Comfortable providing hands-on personal care * Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule * Compassionate, patient, and respectful * Able to follow an established plan of care and agency policies * Reliable transportation * Hindi-speaking is a plus We are looking for caregivers who understand the importance of reliability and continuity of care, especially when supporting a client receiving 24-hour care.
