Sales Consultants with experience in Real Estate, Insurance and Retails Sales, just to name a few, have found SUCCESS in Automotive Sales! We will train you to be the BEST Sales Consultant! Excellent training provided. Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• One year of Sales Experience in any industry - preferred
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Annual Earning Potential: $60,000-$150,000+
• Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission
